Most competitors’ systems allow for less than 2” of movement. All Jayco Fifth Wheels are built using 7,000-lb. or 7,400-lb. Dexter axles with Nev-R-Adjust® brakes. This braking system eliminates the need for repeated, time-consuming manual adjustments and can greatly increase stopping distance. Dexter® Heavy-Duty Shackles with Wet Bolt Fasteners and Bronze Bushings help resist the wear and tear of towing.
